I needed to work from home for a while during the pandemic and this was an awesome way to do that.

My overall experience with VNC Connect is positive, and I will continue using it as my main tool for connecting to VNC sessions because of how simple and straightforward the program is.

VNC is barebones but does the basics well. If all you're needing is a quick way to manage remote machines visually, you're good to go with VNC.

Problems can occur when trying to connect using a local server, But referring documentation and discussion forums can solve the problem. If disconnects auto connects to the network.

The password/account system is clunky and frustrating. Too many passwords are needed when trying to access machines.

Sometimes there was a lag of a few seconds when working remotely and it was a little bit of annoying.

Remotely access for PCs do save travelling and incoporate work from home, it saves costs as well for travelling and office expenditures.

The software is EXTREMELY easy to use. When the user starts the software, they will see a sic digit key which they give to the administrator who can remote in.

The software was good and had an easy time of connecting to my headless servers. The iOS app made it easy to connect from anywhere if I needed to quickly restart a service or something easy.

I like how simple it is -- all I have to do is type in my VNC details, and the program is up and running.

It's easy to use for remote help with my business associates anywhere in the world.

It can help to manage remote computer s visually form IT prospect and can get technical support rather than do it it self.

I find it most useful for demonstrations or to share a screen for debugging.

Software is also reliable for connection to computers. Two factor authentication is nice as well.

Lifesaver for anyone doing remote tech support.

It doesn't have some of the more exotic features like some of the other remote control products, but it also costs a tenth of the price.

I can't get a full screen view without having a scaling window that I have to resize. If I try anything else it just gets very distorted.

The biggest advantage of zoho assist is that it helps us obatiaing better comminciation with our team.

I don't need unattended sessions and it was great to be able to opt out of this an therefore save money.

The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.

The integration with Zoho Desk is amazing. It's really, REALLY nice to be able to trigger a remote session with the click of a button, directly from the ticket.
