During that time we have had lots of turnover of staff and board members. Rarely have we needed to provide formal training. For the most part, we simply provide the login access to the new user and they teach themselves. Board members find Aprio useful and easy to use. #### Cons I tend to use the desktop version when I set up a meeting and load materials because I find the functionality better. Ease of access and ability to find documents is a must and Aprio provides this. Going paperless is important for Northern Savings - we are yet to mobilize all the features of Aprio which will in the future enhance our director experience. Adding material is easy - appreciate the updates recently done to the platform. #### Cons On our side we are still working on learning to use all the features of the system. Tabs are easy to find and understand. And I just discovered that I can actually create my minutes there as well. It has been very easy to adapt to using Aprio, I also like that the team responds very quickly and are alway ready and willing to help. #### Cons So far, I have no complaints. But I'll definitely look out for any gripes and report right away.
