  • Pros

  • It transposes videos, provides full text search, allows for different groups to be created, user analysis so we know if we are getting our money's worth for the tool.
  • Support is great and very responsive. Platform integrates easily with other platforms for whitelabling purposes.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes its hard to find some things i have already seen before and am looking or again.
  • There is no foreseeable way to download content onto an iPad Pro. Several of our clients are now using the iPad Pro and are struggling to use Bloomfire on their devices.

  • The notification system is really great - it overtakes your screen when a customer makes contact. It is perfect for the quick reaction towards your customer.
  • The quality of the calls are fantastic, 98% of the calls going without interruptions and with good sound quality.
  • Cons

  • I cant really find anything bad so far as this has met and exceeded the needs of our small company exactly.
  • You have to pay for an extra person to be able to monitor staff.
