  • Pros

  • They have a great team, and are committed to helping their customers find success. We've gotten great feedback from our users.
  • Super easy to upload content and share information. The platform is very visually appealing and there is almost no learning curve to engage with it.
  • I would recommend this for organizations that do have a lot of information that they need housed and want to push out and share this info in real time with their team, this is a great solution.
  • Cons

  • There is no foreseeable way to download content onto an iPad Pro. Several of our clients are now using the iPad Pro and are struggling to use Bloomfire on their devices.
  • I've been with JH since the onset of the portal. First season was hopeless.
  • Sometimes the link and videos that were previously searched to help employees with obstacles are hard to find.

  • Very useful, great looking and inexpensive. I definitely recommend it to any company (and especially to those using GSuite already).
  • The implementation was simple. Happeo support is very good and we have a good picture of their roadmap with future new functionalities.
  • What we like the most and the main reason for investing in the platform was information sharing and ease of use to access important information.
  • Cons

  • No access for non-Google users yet and looking forward to more functionality on the app being developed.
  • Analytics panel is very limited in options / tracking user activities. Integrating Instagram feed require some research and technical knowledge.
  • The menu could be more customizable, it's the only "weak" point that I find.
