Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We're able to implement this software within minutes and it just works. The design is very intuitive for us as a team.

  • I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.

  • Cons

  • small outages, but not often, it was probably caused by the Internet

  • We started to use CloudTalk more than 2 years ago, back then it was quite basic product with lots of features missing. But they managed to grow and add a lot of stuff and fix most of the issues.

  • this tool is very easy for end users and it works really fast.

  • It is very fast and very easy to use. We use it for many years now.

  • Cons

  • I wish the software was a little cheaper but its Worth the Money.

  • nothing, the product is excellent, some minor wishes for the mobile app but nothing seriously upsetting
