Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We're able to implement this software within minutes and it just works. The design is very intuitive for us as a team.

  • I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.

  • Cons

  • small outages, but not often, it was probably caused by the Internet

  • We started to use CloudTalk more than 2 years ago, back then it was quite basic product with lots of features missing. But they managed to grow and add a lot of stuff and fix most of the issues.

  • Pros

  • The lay-out of the tool is very clear and user friendly.

  • Love that I can set up unattended Acces for computers!! make by job much easier for computers off domain and off site.

  • Cons

  • Pricing is a little steep, but you get what you pay for. It's a good product and you will pay more for it.

  • Not much I don't like about this software. It is very easy to use, as long as the user has internet connection you're good to go.
