  • Pros

  • I love the ease of connecting to other offices to see if they have appointment availability. I love that I can even do it on vacation.
  • I really like the ease of use and the ability to integrate with other products in our inhouse customer support solution.
  • Cons

  • The worst part, which is minor is the amount of customisation and branding.
  • While using the ConnectWise Control, the connection seem to drop quite often which can interrupt the work being done on the device.

  • Ltd is my first official start up business and to be associated with Zoho for regular emails, campaigns and even meetings has been very easy. It is very easy to use and customer support is superb.
  • Users can figure it out pretty quickly, and Zoho makes it easy to invite people. They have great support, and a full ecosystem of other tools.
  • Cons

  • Mute function stuck a couple of times. Had to log out and back in.
  • I could ask for more features but not at the risk of losing the simplicity.
