Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This product was easy to use and had a great looking interface. I did like the ability to easily see what each team member was working on.

  • It is very easy to use and love how you can easily customize the boards.

  • Cons

  • I like almost everything...the only pain point has been notifications. They are a little hard to configure in a useful way and I get too many of them for boards that I own.

  • The integration with outlook is a bit tedious. They are working on that, and another pro is their support is very responsive to our needs.

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality of this. It made my job as a chat customer service agent so much easier!

  • Excellent customer service (using their own chatbot of course) and many options to change colors and easy enough to use for noob like me.

  • Cons

  • We had some trouble with the branding on the widget, but achieved to replace it and customized it to match our design.

  • I found the software is a bit dated, and required some round-about measures to do what I want, however it's very stable, and fulfills my needs.
