There are 4 different grades of subscriptions: An annually billed Personal plan for individual users (starts at $14/month); A monthly-billed Team subscription for professional teams (starts at $12/month/user); A pay-as-you-go Business subscription customized to fit specific business needs (starts at $50/100 sessions*); A custom Enterprise subscription for enterprise-level projects (price available upon request). *1 session = 1 connection to a remote device.

Affordable app and fulfilling my needs
Working perfectly, I got good feedback from customers regarding hardware blocking dougle.
PROSwe pay the Teams subscription and use the software for remote USB access and everything works fine.
CONSWe had some problems when we went to install the software to make the subscription and it has to improve the support service, it has to be faster.

An affordable and simple app
I’ve put FH through the loop to see if it’ll work with the hardware lock dongle some of my clients use for all their office machines, so they could keep it plugged into the server at all times while whoever needs it connects it remotely via Wi-Fi. Worked fine and that was nice to see that their free demo was indeed free, no one even asked me for my CC number. Guess, now I’ll give a try to a Team subscription for a month or two.

Do not trust FlexiHub under any circumstances
My overall experience has been terrible. I canceled my account but was still charged. Customer service doesn't respond for days if it all. I had my support ticket closed without a response. I have not had this bad of an experience with a company in a very long time.
PROSThere are no pros I can currently say about FlexiHub.
CONSDo not under any circumstances trust this company. I canceled my subscription, then was still charged afterward with no notice. When I saw the charge I immediately notified them of the error within an hour, before it finished processing. After not being able to reach them by phone, email, or social media for a week, they have refused to issue a refund. I can't explain how disappointed I am that any business would do this to someone, especially when everyone is strapped for cash during this coronavirus period. Shame on them! I didn't receive any correspondence from them for months after I canceled my account then suddenly received a charge on my credit card. No notice at all. You should not trust this company with your credit card information or business.

Good app for my needs
We paid for Teams subscription and use the software for remote access to USB.
CONSAt the start we faced some problems while setting up the subscription and connections. But after that no issues appeared.

Looks good - doesnt work
Crap - no customer experience and very expesive.
PROSNothing - didnt work - installed ok - looks nice
CONSCost - so very expensive! Detected the drives but does not actually let you connect to them
