I canceled my account but was still charged. Customer service doesn't respond for days if it all. I had my support ticket closed without a response. I have not had this bad of an experience with a company in a very long time. Cons: Do not under any circumstances trust this company. I canceled my subscription, then was still charged afterward with no notice. After not being able to reach them by phone, email, or social media for a week, they have refused to issue a refund. I can't explain how disappointed I am that any business would do this to someone, especially when everyone is strapped for cash during this coronavirus period. Shame on them! I didn't receive any correspondence from them for months after I canceled my account then suddenly received a charge on my credit card. No notice at all.
