### About FlexiHub

FlexiHub is a software as a service for redirecting all types of USB devices over the network and accessing remote USB devices over the Internet. It is a subdivision of Electronic Team, Inc. and has remained the flagship product since it was presented in 2014.

FlexiHub is a convenient software service for individuals, small teams, and major organizations that supports all of the major connection protocols:

-   TCP/IP
-   UDP
-   RDP

FlexiHub is a driverless solution—it does not require any device drivers installed on the local computer, i.e. the device type is detected automatically when connected to remote machines.

FlexiHub is a cross-platform solution that is capable of connecting USB devices between different operating systems:

-   Windows 11 (and earlier);
-   Windows on Arm;
-   macOS 12 Monterey (and earlier);
-   Linux;
-   Android 5.0 or higher;
-   Raspberry Pi.

Also, FlexiHub can be used to redirect COM ports over Ethernet (supported only by the Windows version).

FlexiHub uses 2048-bit SSL encryption to protect traffic, has Login tokens for safe account sharing, and auto-connect feature. Also, it offers optional data compression and the Private Tunnel Server to maximize your connec...

tion speed. To minimize any possible downtimes, FlexiHub features the “Keep connection alive” & “Auto-connect” built-in options to make USB device sharing as reliable as possible. FlexiHub comes with a demo subscription during which you can test the service for free within 30 days with 5 sessions available.

Hello, Remote USB Freedom!

5

FlexiHub excels in providing seamless remote access and management of USB and serial devices, making it invaluable for both professional and personal use. The setup process is straightforward and the interface is intuitive, allowing me to get started quickly without a steep learning curve. However, Occasionally, I experience some lag or latency during remote sessions, particularly when the internet connection is less than optimal. Despite these minor issues, flexihub has significantly improved my ability to manage remote devices efficiently.

Functionality

Pros:

What I liked most about FlexiHub is its seamless ability to remotely access and manage USB and serial devices as if they were directly connected to my local machine. This feature has been a game-changer for me, especially when working with specialized equipment that requires direct interaction, such as medical devices or industrial machinery. The software is incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes setting up connections quick and hassle-free.

Cons:

It’s lag or latency when accessing devices remotely, especially if the internet connection isn't strong. While this isn't a deal-breaker, it can be a bit frustrating when working on time-sensitive tasks or with devices that require real-time interaction.

Reasons for switching to FlexiHub

I made the switch to FlexiHub because I found it to be more reliable and user-friendly for my specific needs. FlexiHub offers a more seamless experience when it comes to remotely accessing and managing USB devices, with fewer connectivity issues compared to the other products I was using. also TeamViewer's pricing structure didn't align well with my needs. FlexiHub's subscription plans offered a better fit for my usage.

Vendor Response

Thanks for the review. Yes, for work with FlexiHub stable Internet connection is essential.

Do not trust FlexiHub under any circumstances

1

My overall experience has been terrible. I canceled my account but was still charged. Customer service doesn't respond for days if it all. I had my support ticket closed without a response. I have not had this bad of an experience with a company in a very long time.

Pros:

There are no pros I can currently say about FlexiHub.

Cons:

Do not under any circumstances trust this company. I canceled my subscription, then was still charged afterward with no notice. When I saw the charge I immediately notified them of the error within an hour, before it finished processing. After not being able to reach them by phone, email, or social media for a week, they have refused to issue a refund. I can't explain how disappointed I am that any business would do this to someone, especially when everyone is strapped for cash during this coronavirus period. Shame on them! I didn't receive any correspondence from them for months after I canceled my account then suddenly received a charge on my credit card. No notice at all. You should not trust this company with your credit card information or business.

Very good access to remote devices, which could be better.

4

I have been using flexiHub 6-12 months to connect with USB devices (such as dongles and printers) on computers remotely. It is highly reliable under a stable network as though the devices were connected locally. I have had some minor inconveniences like random disconnection or having to close the software, but overall it is a reliable solution to daily remote access of any device, and the cost and performance in weaker networks can be improved.

Pros:

Reasonable, user-friendly interface- installation and connection were fast and simple. Security is solid as well; the communication itself seems to be well encrypted and therefore I do not need to worry about manual IP configuration.

Cons:

With a slow or low internet connection, latency is felt and can disrupt some work. The sub fee is also a little bit expensive when you will use the service infrequently.

The simple definition of Flexihub: WONDERFUL

5

Today, I work daily with remote access to vehicles from different brands, offering technical support to professionals in the automotive field (mechanics, locksmiths, car electricians) as a service. Where, using specific software, I carry out my professional activity with all the comfort of my home (I work from a home office). And do you want anything better than quality of life at work?
