Pros
- I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.
- The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.
Cons
- Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.
- It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.
Pros
- User friendly, great customer support, provides innovative business solutions.
- I don't have to search back anymore in endless emails, every person and project has all the information on one site. I also love how many things can be integrated, especially the Slack notifications.
Cons
- Also, searching through the freelancers in the onboarding page is very difficult and I sometimes have to scroll through 100's of freelancers before I find the one I'm looking for.
- Takes 2-3 weeks to process and with holidays can delay payments longer. Customer services is UNREACHABLE at times, only a chat function with NO phone number to contact.
