Very easy to use, great report functionality, camera is amazing with updates.

It was able to capture key words and highlight it to the admin for further investigation. This saves a lot of time and can reveal a few surprises that wouldn't have been found out.

Requiring more than 10 licenses for the silent installer was hard as we only needed a few licenses.

Installation process was horrible due to technitians lack of understanding of the required installed software on machines (internet explorer).

The reason I log in was to cancel the product not to use it. They will offer no solution.

Add an option to block a website with one click per department or network-wide. Need to be able to see keystrokes when it is not in a chat or email.

The pricing structure is a bit too high and it can be nullified by some anti virus software such as McAfee.

InterGuard is easy to setup for general monitor. When specific investigation is required, InterGuard provided all the evidence required.

The user interface feels dated and difficult to navigate for users who are not very tech-savvy.

The flow of estimate -> acceptance -> Invoice -> Payment, is so easy. I love how I can integrate PayPal and Stripe into my invoices, and then Nutcache automatically tracks those payments into sales.

All the expenses in projects must be rethink. You should be able to integrate « fiscalités » and more functionality like intuit quicken.

It's tough to view all clients because there is no designated section for clients except within a new invoice.

Now I have limited customers, product and services data base and the price is high.

Nutcache was a great solution to get off the ground quickly and easily with tracking hours while being able to effectively invoice clients.

The most attractive feature of this application is that a click gets you to integrate the data from both expense tracker and time tracker and automatically create and send invoices.

User friendly and UI seems ok. My clients like that they can pay online through the software.

That alone is a huge problem when using the software. When the software went through an update something happened with the forwarding emails option and now I can't even send my invoices.

As the company grew, it was easy to bring other people into the project and use it to track the company's progress as a group.
