Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The free version of this software is great, there was no down-time, very easy to use, and not complicated for the older generation.

  • I love that it is so easy to use. Everything is very self explanatory and it is almost impossible to get confused while using it. I also like that I can choose my own URL for meetings.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes when using the browser only feature there have been glitches where the screen with need to be reloaded. But above all the pros vastly exceed the cons.

  • At times, the service can freeze and tend to lag on the other person's end, but never a sufficient amount to where it causes substantial issues. Otherwise I'm completely happy with this service.

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality of this. It made my job as a chat customer service agent so much easier!

  • Excellent customization. Very flexible options.

  • Cons

  • Interface is a bit confusing when configuring, but the "day to day"-usage works great and easy to understand.

  • The interface could use some additional options with potentially a more modern style, but otherwise works very well.
