Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality of this. It made my job as a chat customer service agent so much easier!

  • Excellent customization. Very flexible options.

  • Cons

  • Interface is a bit confusing when configuring, but the "day to day"-usage works great and easy to understand.

  • The interface could use some additional options with potentially a more modern style, but otherwise works very well.

  • Pros

  • Works every single time. Great sound quality and very clear video. Love the ease of use.

  • This software is great, it works consistently, is easy for my clients to use and provides many great features

  • Cons

  • The backgrounds are fun, but actually a bit scary for little children (anything not close enough to the camera is faded out - sometime that includes people or body parts.

  • There are not many bad things to say, just note that in some seminars some inconvenience can occur as it shows a repetition and you do not know if you are in a live session.
