I don't have to search back anymore in endless emails, every person and project has all the information on one site. I also love how many things can be integrated, especially the Slack notifications.

Customer support and the rest of team at Shortlist have been great to work with.

User interface (UI) is intuitive to use. Friendly and personable customer support, they want to help us grow (awesome!).

I think value for money - you cannot go past this. It's priced extremely well for software in this category.

The team have been excellent and really accommodating to our requirements.

Also, searching through the freelancers in the onboarding page is very difficult and I sometimes have to scroll through 100's of freelancers before I find the one I'm looking for.

The team was a joy to work with. I had requested a calendar feature as part of my POC, and the team spoke to their product team to make it happen.

Takes 2-3 weeks to process and with holidays can delay payments longer. Customer services is UNREACHABLE at times, only a chat function with NO phone number to contact.

The software is very easy to use which makes it easy for the operatives that work for us to understand the functionality and complete their on-boarding with ease.

From uploading documents, to communicating between parties, managing budgets and deadlines, I have never come across a solution as perfect as the shortlist.

As the only content manager at the team I am responsible for around 100 people.

Shortlist made this insanely huge and complex task mindblowingly easy. Steps that I had to do 30-50 times per project can now be done with 3 clicks.

I can easily plan projects and manage my budgets within the platform which is incredibly useful. What I like most is that I am able do all of this within one hub.

I can't say enough good things about Shortlist, and how vastly it's improved and streamlined our processes, and in turn, our own work flows.

Shortlist is user-friendly and has a lot of nice features that help me better manage my team of freelancers.

Not much to note here, but I'll get into the weeds so I can provide constructive feedback: The process for adding a partner to multiple groups can take a little more time than I would like.

Overall i highly recommend shortlist for any contractor.

The smallest/ minor inconveniences such as formatting, or having to press Shift + enter to go to the next line. Or, how you cannot format freelancers in alphabetical order in lists.

The platform has integrated into our business very well and has saved us a ton of admin.

However, the lack of flexibility in modifying questionnaires feels clunky at best and downright annoying at worst.

It is like a dream come true. I needed a product like this for many months and finally decided on Shortlist.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

Trello has lend a great helping hand in organizing my projects and improves my productivity in then professional environment.

I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.

I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I am able to help my Clients keep track of the candidates I have recruited for them on a very user friendly platform and they are always pleased.

The cost to benefit of Trello is competitive, The way it helps boost efficiency and helps streamline communication is fantastic.

For a free option, it's fantastic and I highly recommend it for project management on a budget.

I want full functionally for free. I realize how ridiculous that is, but if pressed for a complaint, that's the worst I can come up with.

Very fun and playful feel to it. Love the backgrounds and the ease of dragging from one card to another.

I love the layout, it's the perfect project and task management program. I take advantage of their referral program so I am on the free plan.

I love being able to use this to organize my notes through my phone. Super user friendly and I love that too.

Second beatifull feature is butler that help to create quick button like complete etc. This is an awesome and very effective for team meeting update as anyone from them and update.

Availability of templates shared by community. The tool is so popular that you can get easily get the template if you don't want to start from the scratch.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.

Great YouTube community. I love that it integrates with Gmail.

I like the fact that it integrates with other tools we use, and this is amazing for me because I don't have to do a lot of manual work.
