  • Pros

  • His work is built on the principle of discussion - for each task, the service creates a separate chat, in which a colleague invites team members. Discussions can be divided into channels.
  • When it comes to the platform itself, my favorite feature is the Integrations that are available in Twist – one in particular: the Team Check-In.
  • Cons

  • It's not the easiest tool to grasp an idea on, it takes time to adjust your brain from real time communication to this threaded version.
  • I'm used to Slack and frankly, threads were confusing sometimes.

  • It's easy to get access and get your environment set up quickly.
  • This turned out to be an excellent decision on cost and time savings.
  • Cons

  • Their password requirements sometimes get in the way. I don't need some algorithm to decide if my passwords are too weak or not.
  • The only problems I have come across so far is that the download feature doesn't seem to like Excel.
