## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.4/5

### Secondary ratings

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 1,601 reviews (53%)

- 3 stars: 225 reviews (7%)
- 2 stars: 58 reviews (2%)
- 1 star: 37 reviews (1%)

### Most mentioned pros

- The task tracking tools are another highlight—Gantt charts, boards, and detailed task views make it easy to see what’s happening and where things stand. Once I got comfortable with the interface, I found it surprisingly efficient for organizing complex work, especially when multiple people or departments are involved.
- As the lead for our PMO team, Wrike is absolutely essential — I genuinely can’t imagine managing our workload without it (our team of 4 has about 100 Wrike requests in each of our queue at all times) —Wrike keeps our plans, owners, timelines, and day-to-day execution organized in one place so we can work efficiently and stay aligned.
- Request forms, blueprints and automations - these help to standardize request intake process, direct requests to the corresponding teams and automate notifications.

### Most mentioned cons

- Calendar - I amazingly cannot see all the different projects and the due dates pers project. Since we use blueprints to have repeatable projects, we aren't going to rename every task, and can only show the task name, not project, is due on each day.
- I find it to be one of the least helpful search features of any app I use - it definitely needs more filter options for specific phrases, to narrow it down to specific projects or folders, eliminate by task status, filter by author, with/without attachments, etc.
- In addition, many of the more advanced automation capabilities are not user-facing and require access to backend API data, making them less accessible to non-technical users and limiting self-service automation.

### Powerful Project Management Platform with Excellent Visibility and Collaboration

- Overall rating: 4/5

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive. The platform has significantly improved project visibility, communication, and accountability across teams by providing a centralized location for tasks, schedules, documents, and status updates. Features such as customizable dashboards, automated workflows, and Gantt charts make it easy to monitor project progress and identify potential delays before they become larger issues. For example, project managers can quickly see overdue tasks, resource workloads, and upcoming milestones without having to compile information from multiple sources. Wrike has also improved collaboration by allowing team members to assign tasks, share files, track discussions, and receive notifications within the same workspace. This helps reduce reliance on lengthy email chains and ensures that project information remains organized and accessible. While there is a learning curve associated with some of the more advanced customization and reporting features, the benefits of increased transparency, streamlined processes, and improved project control have made Wrike a valuable tool for managing both routine work and complex projects. Overall, I would recommend Wrike to organizations looking for a flexible and feature-rich project management solution.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

Wrike excels at providing clear visibility across projects, tasks, and team workloads. Features such as customizable dashboards, Gantt charts, and automated workflows make it easy to track progress and keep projects moving forward. The ability to assign tasks, set dependencies, attach files, and maintain discussions directly within each task helps reduce email clutter and keeps all project information in one place. We have found the reporting tools particularly useful for monitoring deadlines, identifying bottlenecks, and giving stakeholders real-time updates on project status. Once configured, Wrike becomes a highly effective platform for improving collaboration, accountability, and overall project organization.

#### Cons

While Wrike is a powerful project management platform, some features can be confusing and require a significant learning curve for new users. The hierarchy between Spaces, Folders, Projects, and Tasks is not always intuitive, making it easy to lose track of where information is stored. Custom workflows and request forms are highly flexible, but setting them up correctly can be challenging without prior experience. Reporting and dashboard customization can also feel overwhelming due to the number of available options, and users may need to navigate through multiple menus to find specific settings or project views. Although these features provide tremendous flexibility, they can make the platform feel overly complex for teams that only need straightforward task and project tracking.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

It was too generic and allowed very little customization. Also, it had a small company feel.

Perfect for complicated project management but it works well only for the PMs while the rest people within the company struggle to use it/ keep up

#### Cons

We get quite some complaints from the peripheral teams that it’s hard to use and keep up with. There is some kind of debate about its value since half the employees don’t want it..

As a admin in Cigna and a technical product owner of the Wrike I like how easy to use, with an intuitive design that’s quick to learn. It also reduced our licence costs, and the premium support per user made the decision easier.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

As part of Cigna, I’ve been using Wrike for the last 8 months. It was a very new software for me at first, but I really like the UI design and find it very easy to navigate. One improvement I’d suggest is in the Gantt Chart: I’d like dependencies to be easier to create, because sometimes I run into issues when connecting one dependency to another. I also appreciate that it already offers integrations with multiple enterprise software tools, which reduces a lot of manual work. I’ve found it to be responsive in both the Windows application and the web version. It’s also much cheaper than other software, for example Smartsheet, which saves a lot of money for the organization. As an admin, I’ve onboarded multiple users and found it very easy to provide KT to new users. From my own experience, I was also new to the application, and it was still easy to utilize the functionality. Cigna AI has not been enabled yet, but I’ve tried a few functions as a beta tester. Summarizing and automating workflows felt much smoother compared to other competitive applications in the market.

#### Cons

I’d like the Gantt chart UI to be improved. When I create dependencies, sometimes it’s hard to track the dependency path because the lines overlap and get superimposed on each other.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

worst Support from Wrike team and lack Of DLP policy and to enable it they were charging separately.

### Powerful project management tool with excellent task tracking

Overall, I had a positive experience with Wrike. It was a reliable project management tool that helped our team collaborate, track tasks, and stay on schedule. I didn't experience any major bugs or performance issues during my time using it. The platform offers good value considering the features it provides, although teams should spend time planning their workspace structure before rolling it out. I didn't personally interact with customer support or use the invoicing features, so I can't comment on those areas, but for project and task management, Wrike met our team's needs well.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Wrike made it much easier to keep projects and tasks organized across the team. I liked being able to assign tasks, set due dates, add comments, and track progress in one place. It improved visibility into ongoing work and helped everyone stay aligned, especially while working remotely. Once our team became familiar with the platform, it was straightforward to use for day-to-day project management.

#### Cons

The biggest challenge was organizing the workspace. When we first implemented Wrike, our team wasn't very familiar with the platform, so we created folders and projects in a way that didn't scale well. As more projects were added, we ended up with many layers of folders and subfolders, making navigation more confusing and reducing visibility. Reorganizing everything later was difficult because the workspace was already actively being used. I also think there is a learning curve when setting up an effective project structure from the beginning.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

We switched because we were looking for a project management solution that better fit our team's workflow and organizational needs. Wrike provided the features and structure we were looking for as our projects became more complex.

Overall my Wrike experience has been awesome. It has increased collaboration across my team, helped with project visibility, and it’s really cut down on tasks falling through the cracks in the organization lifecycle. It’s rock solid, project flexible and will scale with larger, longer projects. I would definitely recommend this software to teams looking to invest in good all around project management.

Its interface is clean and it’s easy to manage the tasks assigned to myself or my teammates. I also like how I can really customize the dashboards and run the reports of the status of my work. Also the integration wth various work stream.

#### Cons

It takes a few weeks of getting to know how some of the more complex areas of this software are built, especially if you’re looking to do more custom reporting and work-flows but, as you get it working correctly, it works really smoothly.

The experience overall for myself on Wrike has been really great. I use it for task coordination with product engineering feature developemnet, organize the product road map and with many other people. All of the tasks and timelines and updates with the product development on one platform simplifies me managing the whole process.

Wrike provides fantastic workflow customization, clear dashboard visibility, and strong reporting capabilities-enabling us to see where features are developing, and what's most important. Their collaborative features are fantastic for directly linking conversations and activity back to the right tasks. Wrike's other productivity tool integrations keep our product development moving.

#### Cons

Initial setup for this platform is a time-consuming process, and users need adequate training to maximize its functionality. The interface can get cluttered, and several customization options, and advanced reporting features are only available on premium plans.

It also made collaboration easier without having to constantly follow up with people.

Before Wrike, we used to share campaign updates and tasks via chat, email, and spreadsheets. Wrike has helped us centralize everything and meet deadlines more effectively. It has also reduced the need to constantly ask team members for status updates, saving time during busy campaigns.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

I like being able to keep campaigns, content-related tasks, deadlines, and team updates all in one place. It makes it easy to see what work is pending and who is doing what. Task tracking and shared project views are excellent for SEO and social media, especially since we often have multiple projects or tasks running simultaneously.

#### Cons

It took me a little while to get the hang of all the options and views. If you are working on a small project, some sections might feel like overkill.

Overall, my experience has been fantastic. I have been a leader and implementer of the tool for multiple organizations, and Wrike is hands down my favorite project management tool of the many I have tried. I would also say that the customer experience is exceptional, and my relationships with our appointed contacts at Wrike have been huge helps in being successful within the tool.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I love that Wrike takes projects and teams beyond task management, and makes it so that you can truly manage departments, teams, and an entire organization with ease within the tool. There are so many different ways to view the work that you are doing in Wrike, making it customizable to different working and learning styles.

#### Cons

Currently, the limitations to use of AI without paying more. Our organization already has a large cost associated with our Wrike licenses, so when adding in additional costs in order to utilize the AI features that have been rolled out, that has been a bummer.

#### Reasons for choosing Wrike

Wrike provided the highest ability to customize the tool to the needs of each individual team, yet be able to still cohesively connect our teams processes.

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive. Its effectiveness at work has extended into my personal life, where I’ve increased my usage to help manage day-to-day tasks and stay organized more effectively. In addition to the strong functionality of the tool itself, Wrike’s customer service has been phenomenal, providing timely, helpful support that further enhanced the overall experience.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Wrike stands out for its easy-to-use, intuitive interface that makes it accessible to a wide range of users, not just project managers. It supports seamless collaboration across teams, departments, and even between companies, making it a flexible tool for interdepartmental and intercompany work. Additionally, Wrike’s availability on both desktop and mobile ensures users can stay connected and productive from anywhere, with both platforms offering a polished, user-friendly experience.

#### Cons

Wrike’s main drawbacks are performance-related and technical accessibility. Reporting can sometimes be slow to load, which impacts efficiency when pulling data or generating insights. In addition, many of the more advanced automation capabilities are not user-facing and require access to backend API data, making them less accessible to non-technical users and limiting self-service automation.

#### Reasons for choosing Wrike

Wrike was chosen over Jira because it is far more user-friendly and intuitive, making it accessible to a broader audience across the organization, not just technical or delivery teams. Its ease of use supports company-wide adoption across departments, enabling consistent collaboration without a steep learning curve. In addition, Wrike’s clean, visually appealing interface makes project information easier to understand at a glance, which is especially valuable for cross-functional teams and leadership visibility.

I really enjoyed getting to know Wrike and all it can do. I'm still learning more every day. At first, we just used it for one task; now we are using it to track all of our documents. It's a great platform.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

The best part of Wrike is how easy it is to track where any document is in our production process. You can always tell exactly what step is being completed and how far it has to go. I also love that it keeps all notes from everyone who has worked on the project.

#### Cons

I would like an easier way to archive completed projects. It seems like they are just stuck in the incoming area with no natural place to make the archive.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

Our parent company purchased Wrike and we started using it to make website changes. We found out it did all kinds of things and that it was less expensive that RoboHead every month.

I use Wrike daily to keep myself on track without having to meet with our team regularly. Dependencies help notify me when I'm up to work on a project.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

Tracking of my daily to dos with visibility for the whole team. Workload charts to easily drag and drop tasks to fit my schedule. The ability to build the system out to work for our needs. Customer support was very responsive to any questions and troubleshooting. A great way manage our work throughout the entire organization and maintain visibility. Easy way to track our teams productivity!

#### Cons

Love it and have been using it for a very long time. I did a lot of research many years ago and landed on Wrike -- many years later we were acquired by Allstate, who eventually selected Wrike for the enterprise PM needs -- which was super validating to me. I put my email as kevin.fuschich@ngic.com, which is my login email -- but my true work email is kevin.fuschich@allstate.com

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What DID I like? I still use it. But... I think what I like the most is the vastness of my ability to input and track. I am spinning so many plates from so many different universes it's impossible to keep track.

#### Cons

I think it's that I have never been able to figure out how to use milestones... they sound like something super beneficial to me, but I can't figure out how they would be

#### Reasons for choosing Wrike

It was so many years ago when I went with Wrike that I can't remember what the specific reason was -- I know cost was a factor at the time. There were so many features and it felt like a "living" and evolving tool that wasn't going to vanish.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

Todoist wasn't robust enough to handle the work

My overall experience with Wrike has been mainly positive! I love the customization and ability for teams to work collaboratively across different spaces. We have had a lot of turnover with our account reps and customer success people that makes it difficult at times to find answers. When you have the same group of people working with you and understand how your space is used it's a lot easier on the customer to want to continue to use the product and find the support we need.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I like the customization opportunities the most. I am able to have multiple teams with different needs under one roof but they are all able to make specific requests for their space and Wrike is able to accommodate all these needs. Tracking tasks is also equally helpful and I have found the automation features help streamline all the different tasks we have at once.

#### Cons

My least favorite thing about Wrike would be the lack of function mobile apps/views. I find that there are lots of bugs and it doesn't work the same way it does on desktop. For a team on the go a lot it is helpful to have a system that can accommodate mobile view.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

Not totally sure this decision was made before I was hired.

I've really enjoyed working with Wrike. My company has a monthly meeting setup so that we can connect with Wrike staff to make updates to our agreement or get assistance with any bugs or issues we've experienced in our user base. As long as you have admins for implementation and champions to train your team, you'll find that Wrike is worth every penny.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Wrike offers custom item types, workflows, views, filters, and dashboards, along with excellent support from their team. Every feature is thoughtfully designed so the platform can be tailored to any person, team, or company. They're also open to regular meetings to discuss updates to the customer agreement and have consistently been responsive.

#### Cons

There isn't much to dislike about Wrike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that projects and tasks display differently depending on how you navigate to them. I've also found that most of our people need some training or handholding if they haven't used a project management system like this before.

#### Reasons for switching to Wrike

We did not find Asana to meet our needs. Wrike provided a more modern user interface and a significantly better feature set.

Prior to implementing wrike, no employee could see what other employees were working on unless they physically asked. This resulted in dropped projects frequently due to absence of a supervisor. Furthermore, the number of times managers had to coordinate reassignment of tasks was greatly reduced. When a project status changes in the system, it will automatically ping the correct employee/project lead so they don't have to wait for an email or a phone call to find out the new status. Automating this process has saved us literally hours of communication on a daily basis that previously fell on one employee to keep track of.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Sitting at home waiting and i just pulled it up on my phone and i can see exactly where each and every task is in the project without even having to send a text to ask for a project status update. Prior to using wrike, our status updates were spread across many e-mails and spreadsheets. With all of those places to look there was no easy way to get the current project status from most employees (with some digging through old e-mail) and it would take a manager/lead approximately 10 minutes to get the project status from anyone. Automations have been great as well.

#### Cons

Learning curve: the learning curve is very steep, and wrike does not warn users ahead of time about how much of a challenge building their boards will be. In order to give all of your employees the ability to create their own boards, you ultimately end up with 5-6 boards that are doing similar processes, but with slightly different column names, making it difficult for users to compare data across multiple boards. Users can view information and make comments, but users cannot access the features needed for creating or editing automations or formula columns. It is difficult for users to understand when they are approaching the limit prior to exceeding it.

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive, particularly in enabling strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Its flexibility allows teams to evolve their processes over time, which is essential in dynamic environments. Once properly set up, it becomes a powerful tool for maintaining clarity, improving efficiency, and ensuring everyone stays aligned on priorities. The platform supports both high-level planning and detailed execution, which makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases. Combined with reliable support and continuous improvements, Wrike provides a solid foundation for teams looking to scale collaboration while maintaining structure and transparency.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I appreciated most about Wrike is its flexibility and ability to adapt to different workflows without forcing a rigid structure. It allows teams to collaborate seamlessly across functions, making it easier to stay aligned even in fast-paced environments. The platform supports clear visibility into tasks, timelines, and ownership, which strengthens teamwork and accountability. I also found the level of customization particularly valuable, as it lets teams tailor dashboards and processes to their exact needs. On top of that, the support resources and guidance available are consistently strong, enabling smooth onboarding and ongoing optimization without unnecessary friction.

#### Cons

While Wrike is highly flexible, that same flexibility can sometimes lead to complexity, especially for new users trying to understand how everything fits together. Without clear initial structure, teams may struggle to establish consistent ways of working, which can impact collaboration early on. Some features feel slightly unintuitive and require a learning curve before they deliver full value. Additionally, navigation between spaces and tasks can occasionally feel less streamlined than expected. Although support is generally excellent, resolving more advanced configuration questions can take time, particularly when balancing multiple team needs and ensuring alignment across different workflows.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Wrike is how flexible it is once you get the hang of it. You can really tailor workflows to match how your team actually works instead of forcing everyone into a rigid system. That made a big difference for us, especially when managing multiple projects at once. Task tracking is another strong point. It’s easy to assign work, set deadlines, and see exactly where things stand without constantly chasing updates. I also liked that all the conversations and files stay attached to tasks, so nothing gets lost in emails or chats. In terms of ease of use, there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but after that it feels pretty intuitive. The dashboards and views (like timelines and lists) make it easier to stay organized and keep an eye on progress. It also feels like good value for money considering how many features are included—especially for teams that need detailed project and process management. We were able to standardize a lot of our recurring workflows, which saved time. Customer support was generally reliable too. Whenever we had issues or questions, the responses were helpful and didn’t take too long. Overall, it’s a solid tool if you need something that can handle more complex workflows without becoming too chaotic.

#### Cons

ne thing that stood out with Wrike is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features packed in, which is great in the long run, but the initial learning curve can be steep—especially for new users who just want something simple. The interface, while powerful, can sometimes feel cluttered. Finding certain settings or navigating between spaces isn’t always as intuitive as it could be, and it takes time to get fully comfortable. I also noticed occasional performance issues—like slower load times when dealing with larger projects or complex dashboards. It’s not constant, but it can interrupt the workflow a bit. Another downside is pricing at scale. While it offers good value overall, some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can add up as your team grows. Lastly, although customer support is generally helpful, response times can vary depending on the issue, and resolving more complex problems may take longer than expected. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but it might feel like overkill if you’re looking for something lightweight or quick to set up.

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive. The platform strikes a strong balance between power and usability, with an intuitive onboarding process and a relatively gentle learning curve. Managing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and setting timelines is quick and efficient, making day-to-day project coordination smooth. The collaboration features are a standout, particularly the ability to leave contextual comments and use built-in approval workflows, which significantly reduce back-and-forth communication. I also value the flexibility of the interface, with multiple view options and customizable dashboards that help keep work organized and focused. While some advanced features and customizations take a bit of time to fully learn, this is a minor trade-off for the depth and capability Wrike offers. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool that supports streamlined project management and team collaboration.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I appreciate how intuitive and efficient Wrike is to use. The onboarding process is quick, and despite its powerful capabilities, the learning curve remains very manageable. Task creation, assignment, and timeline management are all streamlined and easy to execute. What stands out most is the commenting and approval functionality. Being able to leave feedback directly on tasks, images, and files keeps communication clear and contextual, while the built-in approval workflows significantly reduce reliance on email chains. Additionally, the flexibility of the interface is a major advantage. Switching between List, Board, Table, and Gantt views is seamless, and the ability to customize dashboards and spaces ensures that I can focus on the most relevant information. Overall, Wrike offers a smooth, responsive experience that supports efficient project management.

#### Cons

There’s very little I dislike about Wrike overall. If anything, some of the more advanced features and customization options can take time to fully understand. While this depth is ultimately a strength, it may slightly slow down initial adoption for new users who need to get up to speed. That said, once familiar with the platform, these capabilities become highly valuable.

Overall, I enjoy the functionality of Wrike. Because of the Wrike certification, I am very confident in navigating Wrike. I love that I can have hundreds of tasks, projects and folders, but that it can be found so easily. I love the customization, and the fact that hundreds of companies can use Wrike to suit their needs.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

Visually, Wrike is an organized, clean and functional software. It is easy to understand and find the tools I need, from dashboards to projects. It was easy to find the tools needed. When it comes to organizational management, Wrike provides a tools that create an efficient environment. Small features like the "open in new tab" or the "expand" tool are super helpful. I enjoy the shortcuts that are preprogrammed. The integrations are also invaluable. There are so many integrations that allow ease of access and communication. I enjoy the notification function. I can notify the followers, the assignees and everyone that has commented on the project. It streamlines the communication process.

#### Cons

Wrike frequently goes down, and inhibits our work. Luckily, customer service is very effective and quick to let us know. When it comes to customer service, There is a team of representative that provide easy access to updated information. When it comes to workflows, we have had to change workflows from space level to account level several times. It has been a long process and requires several dashboards and dozens of hours of labor. To save time and effort, there should be an option to switch between the two types of workflow classifications.

### Great Project Management Software

My overall experience with Wrike was positive, especially for managing complex, cross‑functional work. It’s a very capable platform once it’s set up well. The ability to customize workflows, views, and automation made it much easier to align teams around shared processes while still supporting different working styles. Collaboration improved because conversations, files, and approvals lived alongside the work instead of being scattered across email and chat. The trade‑off is that you do need clear ownership and governance; without that, things can become messy or confusing over time. With strong admin practices, though, Wrike is a powerful backbone for project and portfolio management.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Wrike was how it combined flexibility with structure. The platform makes it easy to manage complex, cross‑functional projects while still giving teams freedom to work in the way that suits them best. Customizable workflows, dashboards, and automation help keep everyone aligned without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. Real‑time visibility into tasks, dependencies, and workloads improves accountability and makes it much easier to spot issues early. I also appreciated the strong collaboration features—comments, proofing, and approvals all in one place—which significantly reduced back‑and‑forth emails and helped decisions move faster.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Wrike was the learning curve and occasional complexity as usage scaled. For new or non‑technical users, the sheer number of features, views, and configuration options can feel overwhelming and require meaningful onboarding time. As workspaces grow, it’s easy for structures, custom fields, and workflows to become inconsistent if there isn’t strong admin governance and clear standards. The interface, while powerful, can feel cluttered when many projects and automations are in play, and performance can sometimes lag with very large data sets. Reporting is solid but can require effort to tailor exactly to leadership’s needs.

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been positive, especially when it comes to process management and keeping complex projects organized. Once I settled into the system, it became a reliable hub for planning, tracking, and collaborating. It’s not the simplest tool out there, but if you’re willing to invest a bit of time into learning it, Wrike rewards you with clarity, structure, and a strong sense of control over your work. For me, it’s become a dependable part of my project management routine.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

Using Wrike has given me a strong sense of structure and control over my projects. I really appreciate how customizable the workflow management is, letting me tailor stages and automations to match the way my team actually works. The task tracking tools are another highlight—Gantt charts, boards, and detailed task views make it easy to see what’s happening and where things stand. Once I got comfortable with the interface, I found it surprisingly efficient for organizing complex work, especially when multiple people or departments are involved.

#### Cons

Despite its strengths, Wrike isn’t without frustrations. The interface can feel cluttered at times, and navigating between spaces or views sometimes slows me down rather than speeding things up. I’ve also run into occasional bugs and issues—nothing catastrophic, but enough small glitches or odd behaviors to interrupt my flow. And while the platform is powerful, that power comes with a learning curve; onboarding new teammates can take longer than I’d like. Some features also sit behind higher‑tier plans, which can make the platform feel more expensive than expected.
