Some companies choose to use announcement-only channels, where messages are intentionally one-way so important updates don’t get lost in conversations. This setting is decided by the organization’s management, not a limitation of Zenzap itself. Zenzap fully supports two-way communication. You can reply and have conversations in regular chat channels or direct messages, and teams are free to create open channels where discussion is encouraged. The overall design is minimal and just what I need. Not too much fluff! On my team, we used the task/list tool all the time to ensure projects were done in a timely manner. Super helpful! #### Cons Things were a little different coming from FB work chat. Like the in message camera is a little outdated, the gif keyboard isn't as easy to access, and the messaging is laid out differently.
