The overall back end is so easy to use even for a computerly thick person like myself. I now add products, pages, areas, SEO, all without the need for help. If I ever do need to ask a question this can be done by support ticket, phone or message on Facebook which is so helpful. Seven years on my only wish was that I had done it sooner. It's one fixed price per month, they don't charge for extra prices or products being added which is great as my business has grown so much over the last seven years. It's great that my customers can choose how much to pay when booking either just a deposit or the full amount and the email address which comes with it make it so look so much more professional. There are so many templates to choose from we really were spoilt for choice and they had us moved over and up and running in a couple of days. It ticked all the boxes for what I wanted and needed and the help I got from the start was second to none and they told me how it works in a none technical way so I understood what I was doing. I literally made every booking manually, I spent sooo long doing it. \[sensitive content hidden\] spent hours literally going through everything with me. It was a bit nerve racking taking the leap but seriously I never looked back. The time saved with the management system will save you the wage of at least one admin person if you're a small business and more if your a bigger company or wanting to be a big provider. If you've ever tried to get or thinking of getting a friend or someone you know build you a website from scratch, honestly forget it. I wasted loads of money doing this and always come to a dead end when they couldn't complete the job for one excuse or another and stopped answering the phone. Think about how many hours you put in adding bookings, sorting deliveries, confirming bookings and everything else the job involves and then times that amount of hours by what you would pay someone to do it for you over a month and you will come up with a figure that far outstrips what BCN are charging monthly for their website management systems. They are always at the end of the line, either by phone or via live chat on the admin pages and always been super quick to get things done and on many occasions sorted my requests immediately during the chat, but if that wasn't possible then a support ticket would be created and the request sorted in 2-3 days. I have no complaints and only praise for this company. Thank you all for everything that you do, it's very much appreciated.
