I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

We absolutely love the quick turnaround time for questions and the helpful, friendly responses from their incredibly knowledgeable staff members.

Easy to use for the most part, team is accessible to chat with.

The inventory tracking is great. And the portability of the software being in the cloud is just awesome.

One of the strengths of Current is the excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, personable, and eager to continually improve the software based on customer feedback.

Not only this but the wish list system is a great idea and we can see what ideas are in the pipeline for development and progress on ideas that have had the green light.

SO easy to use - very little training required. Easily customisable to suit most of our needs.

In the first year using it, Current RMS helped our rental revenue grow 60. The software is delightful to use and the team at Current have been a joy to work with.

We love the design of the product with it's modern interface. It does the job well (probably like other systems) but it just seems more user friendly and more attractive to use.

The UI and UX on current-rms is fantastic and very intuitive. It's very easy for us to onboard new hires onto the system and the support materials and tutorials online are good.

Our main benefits are time saving and having everything in one place when previously it was spread across 3 or 4 different packages is fantastic.

Flexible and customisable, the system is relatively easy to use. I like age addition of pictures for all equipment and pricing structures.

The ease of which quotes, availability and documents are produced plus it is linked to Xero.

We also really appreciate that they are always keen to do bespoke forms, answer any questions and help us out where needed, usually very quickly.

There is also a great support team who are very responsive. Would recommend to any business in the rental game.

No internet no system this can cause an issue of working on the cloud however touch wood it hasn't happened yet.

We really like the online access and the ability to keep all information relating to jobs with the job for all staff to access. It's great for information access for meetings or the jobs themselves.

A really good solution with an excellent price compared to many software options. Very easy to use and simple to expand and contract as needed.

This allows you to do a lot of the things you need all from one screen. It is quick with the scans and organizes effectively.

We have been using current for two season now on a daily basis and we have been incredibly impressed with the simplicity, but at the same time usability.

Lacking in features we needed, namely. Doesn't support recurring rentals - especially the billing aspect.

It allows us to plan the use of our resources better and the acquisition of external sources in a cost effective and timely manner.

Fantastic rental software, specifically designed for the AV industry and comes with excellent customer service.

Current RMS is terrific rental software that is practical, easy to use and looks great. Customer service is second to none with free initial training (not that it's needed).

Pictorial layout makes sense & looks great. CRM & Project integration (Invoicing too but we don't use that feature...yet).
