  • Pros

  • I love that our clients get to book their charters online. The convenience of knowing that their card information is secure is a great comfort to us.
  • It has a nice user interface for both front and back end users, good payment processing, decent reporting, and automated emails. They also have a nice little website builder if you are needing that.
  • Great the support guys have been fantastic in helping me refine the application and adjusting it to our requirements.
  • Cons

  • If I restrict this access it also restricts the reports they need to cash out at days end. I would consider switching off of CF if I was made an offer by a similar company who offers this feature.
  • It can be hard to navigate at first, and there is no phone support for the basic plan which can be tough if you are someone who prefers live conversation vs email.
  • It can be a little intimidating making changes to our system, adding items or item events.

  • I was very happy with the on boarding process of Lodgify, they took me through the setting up of the system, very methodically, and ensure that the channel managers were linked up and working.
  • Since the beginning, while having a trial version, they won me over with their courteous, polite, professional, wonderful customer service.
  • The onboarding process was very professional and responsive. I was given tons of information in a short time, but the person helping me was nice and efficient.
  • Cons

  • The builder is very broken, slow, and does not work fluently like you would expect. Again, customer service has been the worst I have experienced with any company.
  • Wouldn't Lodgify want to correct such a misunderstanding. I am extremely displeased and unimpressed by Lodgify's approach to customer service.
  • I can use ignorance but I have no use for arrogance.
