The software has been very helpful for us to set up and move the rental business for us.

The developers will take the time to work with you and so far, it’s been a pleasant experience.

There are plenty of options for customization. Integration with Xero accounting system is a big positive for us.

A few features are still missing though. The headache for updating invoices at 2 places has gone.

Bit time consuming to set up and tweak. Unforgiving for mistakes, have to essentially clone and redo any orders once they're past a certain point if you didn't catch something.

We looked at hiring someone to create a rental program for us, and the quotes we received would cost us over 10 years of the EZRentout subscription. So, for us it was an easy decision.

If I click on the order, the information within the order is still correct, I just find that quite odd and slightly ignorant.

EZ Rent Out is an effective way for us to track and bill our rental assets to our customers.

I am just getting to use it, but so far when I have wanted changes made and have brought them up to my manager, she has been able to get it done through help from customer support.

Many many features that can highly be adapted to pretty much any company's requirement. Possibility to automate many processes such as invoicing, rental contracts etc.

I ended up leaving them, not because of functionality problems, but because the developers never did anything about those problems/suggestions.

Some of our invoices we send out end up in customers spam folders. You can't really customize the invoices very much or editing them when something has been rented out.

I know some of my team mates tend to make mistakes because when they process an order, once the draft is created they think it is complete.

We couldn't run our business without Hiretrack, it is an excellent piece of software which pays for itself time and again in reduced running costs.

HireTrack is a great system and covers all the areas we require and Navigator are always developing and listening to feedback from users to make the programme even better.

Hiretrack NX is really easy to use, easy to find your way around and I like the fact the each tab or section is controllable with who can see the data.

The server is rock solid and copes with thousands of barcode scans every day without missing a beat. The support team are a joy to deal with helpful, responsive and excellent value for money.

The Customer support experience is excellent and we receive feedback well before the expected time and the developers are more than accommodating with some of our requirements.

We were nevrous at first about the built-in report designing software but after using it we are more than confident the right choice was made.

We have very few problems with NX, and those we find are addressed rapidly by the support team.

Difficult to find 'work-arounds / shortcuts' when not using all options (i.e. sales, warehouse and technicians are sometimes combined functions in a small company, but need to use different 'books.

The ability to create custom reports, some ourselves and others from support (chargeable) is great.

HireTrack NX is easy to use and features a modern UI that our Project and Account Managers enjoy to use on a daily basis.

Overall the application and its features are great,  the behind-the-scenes requirements are accomplished for the IT Department and the support is excellent.

An outstanding piece of soft but you have to customise it to get the best from it.

The application has an every growing feature set so obviously there is a learning curve, but Navigator are incredibly supportive of this and it doesn't take long to get new staff comfortable.

Database search for old jobs. All client details are saved which makes it easier, when you have to make quotes for the same clients again.

Excellent asset control. We have been using Hiretrack now for approaching 4 years and have used their custom reporting services to totally individualise our program.

Hiretrack is a very organic product and the developers do a lot to make this software successful and competitive, there are continuous enhancements and most of those are free of charge.

We are frequently approached by other companies trying to sell us rental management solutions - to date no one has got close to offering the functionality let alone the cost.

The HireTrack team have been great, from start to finish and even with on going support. We had some custom reports created to start with and these have been very handy.

Very stable software, with great support, knowledge of our business, and willing to add features on request.
