Charging employees is a problem when the data comes through to Xero (needs to be the business name).

The software has been very helpful for us to set up and move the rental business for us.

The developers will take the time to work with you and so far, it’s been a pleasant experience.

Overall excellent software makes the job and the company easier to operate.

There are plenty of options for customization. Integration with Xero accounting system is a big positive for us.

A few features are still missing though. The headache for updating invoices at 2 places has gone.

Bit time consuming to set up and tweak. Unforgiving for mistakes, have to essentially clone and redo any orders once they're past a certain point if you didn't catch something.

We looked at hiring someone to create a rental program for us, and the quotes we received would cost us over 10 years of the EZRentout subscription. So, for us it was an easy decision.

If I click on the order, the information within the order is still correct, I just find that quite odd and slightly ignorant.

The constant improvements give me hope for ease of use changes in the future. Staff is highly motivated to help through support.

EZ Rent Out is an effective way for us to track and bill our rental assets to our customers.

I am just getting to use it, but so far when I have wanted changes made and have brought them up to my manager, she has been able to get it done through help from customer support.

Many many features that can highly be adapted to pretty much any company's requirement. Possibility to automate many processes such as invoicing, rental contracts etc.

I ended up leaving them, not because of functionality problems, but because the developers never did anything about those problems/suggestions.

Some of our invoices we send out end up in customers spam folders. You can't really customize the invoices very much or editing them when something has been rented out.

I know some of my team mates tend to make mistakes because when they process an order, once the draft is created they think it is complete.

Horrible Experience  - they call it Streamline University for a reason...they expect you to go back to school and get a tech degree ...you are on your own.

We also liked the idea of having the owner, housekeeping, & maintenance apps for ease of use. The system would probably be great for small business's getting started in the industry.

Do not have the function for guests to login and pay on their vacation.

I love how intuitive the software is all the features that are available. This my 3rd reservation software  system I have trained on and I think the last.

I like that they are working to have all the listing sites integrated as well.

If integrations, speed,  a company that cares, and one that you can grow with is important, these folks are the best out there.

I love the maintenance/ inspection apps especially, as they are so user friendly.

Slow to upload mulitiple photos in gallery. There is no quick way to move properties positions in the  tape chart.

For the past 8-12 months, customer service has been excellent.

Some of the features I like best are the triggered emails, lead management feature and the accounting that integrates with QuickBooks Online.

Worth it for for the price. Has some better functions  than Kigo and LiveRez.
