We are now able to track everything from first contact, email tracking, quote, contract, reservations, logistics and even the return of the items through our refurbishment area. Cons: That I have to click a lot on the reload button which by the way appears and disappears into different menu positions. Many fields to be populated through copy and paste and repetitive when creating accounts and contacts. Maybe there will be a nice solution in the future to pre-populate the fields and just reviewing and approving them. The different apps is easy to follow, but then within the apps there are the different drop downs like "rental mangement" or "sales" or "service management". I would like to see something a little more user friendly and a little more straight forward.
