Simple and Effective
Excellent. Customer support is responsive and extremely knowledgeable in the rental industry.
PROSThe simplicity of the software. It looks simple and it is simple to use. No long hours and multi-session training. The functionality is enormous. This software has streamlined our inventory of over 100,000 items and regained it's accuracy in less than 12 months.
CONSSome minor glitches here and there. That being said, we have been working with the RentMaster team to customize the software so that isto be expected.

The best rental management software out there.
RentMaster has allowed our company to grow from a business with revenue under $1,000,000 to over $5,000,000 annually. The program has scaled with us over many years and we are still working to make it better and add more features for our business.
PROSScheduling, availability, easy of integtration with email, CRM, and accounting all made RentMaster the best choice for us.
CONSThe developer is extremely busy making the software better constantly for all his customers, he may need to hire a little more help. :)

Rentmaster
you can not fault the back up service. very efficient and helpful.
PROSMoving to Rentmaster has been the best thing ever. it saves me hours of replying to emails. the orders just drop in 24/7
CONSthe system is in two parts for the online version, one is desk top and the other online. the online version is not really user friendly for day to day use but the desk top is. down side is you need to be in the office to use it.
