It has also made it very easy for us to "check-in" and "check-out" our items, preventing miscommunications between employees. Their servers are so bad that most of the time you can't even download pdf files without them hanging up. A person responds when you have an issue but they would rather tell you how they can't replicate the problem than do anything to fix it. They ask for recs on what they can do to make it better and then do nothing to improve the functionality. Using TG has cost my company time and money because of it not working. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Cons: Unfortunately, it's currently not very mobile friendly, and requires the use of a web browser instead of a dedicated application. This also means that being signed in on multiple devices is impossible. e.g. Being logged into an order on desktop PC, then walking away and checking on an order in the warehouse on mobile, only to lose all the progress you were working on at the desktop.
