Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • ease of use. The menu was well designed and each category was easy enough to compare via the graphs. over all very clean

  • I love this software I can see what my employees are doing on the computer.

  • Cons

  • A live feed of the employees’ screen is not available. It would be a great addition if features include live feed because as of now, screenshots are just available.

  • With all the options, it can get a little confusing navigating the web interface. Would love to see the OS coverage to include Linux (beyond just the Chrome plugin).

  • Pros

  • I like how it is easy to use and that they thought of the things that we really need to do our job. It looks good and works.

  • Pros: ease of use in that the software is cloud-based. It was also relatively easy to implement with approximately 50 users. Good customer support.

  • Cons

  • They have an excel add in you can use and I love it. I allows you to use excel to pull data from the system and make your own reports. However, there are sometimes glitches so that's annoying.

  • Little bit of a learning curve but once you get it, you got it! It's fairly difficult to get set up and get it going but when that's done, it's easy.
