It's well organized throughout the various tabs and hubs, and contains a good portion of what I need. Although I'm not involved with its customization, I do understand it to be customizeable, though I can't speak to how easy it is to do so. Cons: The resume and proposal building feature is not great. Coming from Unanet CRM, I was not impressed by how marketing content is created in Deltek. I also don't like the reporting--it's very clunky and difficult to do, not intuitive at all. I wish it was better integrated with our time tracking software, because it would be nice to see schedules and hours spent directly in Deltek, rather than constantly having to open the other program. Even after significant time spent training and configuring, the software remains cumbersome, rigid, and inefficient. It’s not a platform that adapts easily to the way modern teams work. For the price point and learning curve, I expected a much more user-friendly and intuitive solution. Instead, it has become a source of friction rather than an asset.
