  • Pros

  • Salesforce is intuitive and easy to learn. It is nice that it has memory of tabs previously opened on the dashboard, even between user sessions.
  • The dashboards are very handy and useful to our activities because it nicely integrates the information and presents it in a very digestable way with the enhancement of the Analytics Cloud.
  • Cons

  • It's a bit tough to pick up the logic at the beginning when you first use it.
  • I had trouble finding where the information went after I categorized it.

  • Supermetrics is extremely helpful with data compilation and visualization for our clients.
  • I also love how I can pull in cost as it helps keep us on the ball with our budget.
  • Cons

  • I have tried to get started with Supermetrics for 28 days now, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a software provider.
  • So far no one has reached out to me. Also some integrations don't work.
