We've always received EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The representatives we've worked with (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) have always gone above & beyond to make sure we get what we need, or work out any issue we're having, or really just to fulfill any request we throw at them! They work tirelessly to resolve our issue, or provide assistance & are always extremely professional, polite & friendly; not to mention the amount of knowledge they have that they can share with us, it's great! They've provided so much support that's helped us tremendously along the way, I don't know where we'd be without them! Also, there have been several instances where data is not correct; which I know the data comes from Trams, but there have been several times where there have been discrepancies b/c of the way things are synched or loaded & we've had to make adjustments in order to get the data to match up. Some dont work at all. I think interfacing should be 1x a week on a Tuesday or a Wednesday fixable by the agency so the most up to date information is available. Reports should be available to help my bookkeeper with their job to show discrepancies but since this is a slave to Trams and that is the data source thenI dont know if this is possible. I have worked with other reporting tools and found very easy to navigate and manage. We have used Grasp Technology’s products for few years now, we have cut our response time to client to half the time. With the capability to build our own reports with Grasp Report Builder, we found a great saving of money. We are also able to automate the reports and give access to client, which save us time and less request traffic. Grasp Technologies' customer service is exceptional. Grasp Technology is of great value to our company. I also love that I can create the quality control reports for my team, which allow them to check their work as well. They were my 'go to' company for any time I need help or customization. Not too easy to do anymore. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to understand my needs. If and when possible they are always there to help. Cons: I am not a big fan of Grasp Data. I always have trouble locating 'just the right' report with the data that I need. Too many choices, too many different options and names. And...we have to pay quite a bit more to have the 'build your own' feature added. I think it should be a part of the base product. Reasons for choosing Grasp Technologies I always look to Grasp or Agency Technology to solve my problems. Reasons for switching to Grasp Technologies For Grasp Data it was cost.
