The customer support and the account manager are very helpful and fast response, mostly we all are served well. We can integrate with many ERP and data source, also reports can be combine across companies. Imagine we custom report built in, it will cost much more than we purchase this Jet Report license. so yeah, so far, it's satisfying tools for reporting.
