Lots of options can take you to the same place, but do slightly different things. Not the best. not being able just to call for support is annoying, we are not high school kids we don't need to text or message or online chat. Adults use their words and talk on the phone. Having to put in an email for customers is annoying again what is the point for this it should be an option and not be manadory!! Not being able to adjust fees delete invoices etc. I don't need this program to worry about that type of safety. there should be unlimited control for certain users, the[sensitive content hidden] or gym manager is at fault anyway not the program developers. I don't need you permission to delete an invoice or adjust a fee or change an invoice date.
