Writing custom sql helps tackling complex/tricky problems which without it cannot be feasible with tool alone. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros It provides direct chart like funnel chart which some other tool do not provide. UI is great, easy to navigate things. Liked the features :- formula column & aggregated formula. Also the querying the tables using custom sql is great to prepare the data. The widget functionality and the features it provide is robust. #### Cons Cannot pin multiple columns. cannot change the title of the view in case of the copy of a dashboard. 'CASE WHEN' does not work in it in case of writing custom sql. Sometimes there is some glitch/hang in the application due to which certain thing won't work, need to refresh the entire page to start work again. Also while sharing a dashboard using a permalink the password is same for all the users if sharing it with multiple users.
