The customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue, they are quick to help and very tenacious till everything is solved.

The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse.

The best part is the amazing customer service. They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed.

I can better manage my social marketing with great ease and this saves me lots of time.

However the biggest downer for me are the limited features.

Integrating Agorapulse into our daily routine was seamless and we immediately noticed the improvements in our productivity, creativity, and ability to be more active across all platforms/channels.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. I have a very hectic schedule and the ease of use of Agora saves me copious amounts of precious time.

I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support.

It's the 2nd company I've converted to Agorapulse and the combination of attractive pricing and eaase to pick up is pretty great.

I love the ease of use of the platform, the robust features that  it offers and the amazing customer support.

It's been an exciting journey with Agorapluse, I have been a user of the platform for the last 3 years and its the best platform ever, for me.

I have tried many social media managers and this is the best, it's not the cheapest, but trust me there's a really good reason for that.

Agorapulse is super easy to use and I have enjoyed digging into it to further build out our social media marketing. The reports make it easy to see at a glance how our strategy has improved outreach.

Had good additional functions like contest support and prize winner picker, which we used quite a bit. Now they have monthly social media experiments which is awesome for real truths.

All in all, I can recommend the tool because of its ease of use, the variety of functions and the good price-performance ratio.

I only hope that Instagram makes edits to their API allowing for carousels to be posted through a 3rd party app like Agorapulse.

We love the integration to all fo the Socials and, ease of setting up the various formats and changes needed when posting and scheduling out across multiple profiles and platforms.

The support team is amazing and responsive, overall the system is reliable.

As an agency that specializes in real estate and works with a lot of photos, the inability to rearrange photos once uploaded for a post is a huge time suck for us.

The contenu integration of agorapulse is perfect, i can share everything with facilities.

The inability to respond to ad comments, inability to respond/reply on mobile, and the slight lag and delay when trying to respond via desktop.

So it's  a little bit of struggling with the amount of users we have now.

I love the publish again feature and the reports. There are so many great insights in the reports that help me help my clients.

The odd feature that is not available, but this is usually a restriction by the social media platform and not Agorapulse.

Our administrators love the approvals calendar and love the platform and how easy it is to use.

What I liked the most is the easy way of use it. And the client service is very kind and quick to give an answer when I have a question.

Love love LOVE the Google integration as we get 96% + our reviews from Google, so it's nice that we do not have to leave the RT platform in order to respond.

While using this software, I have encountered very little I dislike.

As a criminal defense lawyers it can be difficult to get reviews.

If you do not know the software it could be confusing.

Easy to manually add review sources instead of waiting for integration.

This is a great system to use to help others see the greatness in other softwares.

I like how easy it is to move around the website. I like how it give you access to to read and reply to customer reviews.

Overall I’m very happy with the ease of use and having all data in one spot. It’s simple to set up and can pull a variety of different data.

That I get real time updates about what is being said about our clinic so we can address issues quickly or engage with clients who had a good experience.

I love that it keeps everything in one place. The ease of seeing things on one screen beats any other software.

I personally like it because it gives me the chance to create lasting impressions with our guests by really providing great customer service.

Upon logging in the time frame is set to 2017, which is weird.

The integrations can be tricky, but technology is never without flaw. Customer service always comes through in investigating and ultimately solving or explaining problems.

Working on a management team with multiple log ins can get confusing.

A great product, great information and fantastic customer service. ReviewTrackers has been a great asset to our company and I highly recommend them.
