Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • extremely easy role out and implementation. we were able to integrate with our website and have now saved money since we no longer need a webchat...we just text.

  • It provides a very nice platform and a user friendly web environment.

  • Cons

  • Some slight hiccups in the beginning when trying to figure out the zapier integration, but the customer support staff is remarkable.

  • I just think the name is corny. Other than that its a great service.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Awesome to be able to reply to reviews! With the rich snippet for Google, it really helps your rankings GO UP.

  • So easy to set up and looks great on my product pages. It automatically sends out emails to customers who have purchased, saving me time.

  • Cons

  • At times the interface can be a little overwhelming but if you take your time, follow the tutorials you will be just fine.

  • It is pricey, worth it- yes. But, it's not a small cost by any means.
