  • Pros

  • Has improved significantly since being updated and upgraded when the name changed and is now very user friendly.
  • It's a great tool for keeping track of your brand's social media, blog and media mentions across the web. It's also really easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is poor and that makes or breaks a company. The queries were not always easy to write and trouble shooting them wasn't easily done within the program.
  • Though there are cheaper subscriptions available, but the number of mentions provided in those plans is very limited.

  • Swell is overall super easy to use, especially with their new app. When we first opened the salon we had multiple fully booked stylists, and it made it seamless getting in contact with all the guests.
  • It has helped us get reviews from our patients with the ease of sending a great looking link. I also love that patients can message us from the site.
  • Cons

  • Everytime patient comes in he/she gets a reminder to review. Im sure those that dont wont to review may find it annoying.
  • If there is to be a bad review, it doesn't get weeded out before it gets posted for all to see.
