The way to automate the review gathering process is great, and it helps keep a steady flow of reviews coming in for our clients, which helps them build their business. #### Cons A few features and the UI are a bit clumsy and sometimes things are a bit hard to find. A few more ways to customize the look of request e-mails, a quick way to "mask" the review link to a custom one, and maybe a build-in editor for customizing the review widget embed code would be great. #### Reasons for choosing GatherUp We "inherited" this tool from another agency and decided to continue with it. #### Vendor response Thanks for the review, David.
