Pros:

This was extremely easy to setup and I like how it is completely customized to our brand. The variety of rating widgets is exceptional and the features are better than the other options we looked at. It's completely transparent and we know that our website visitors are engaging with our widgets because it shows in our dashboard.

Cons:

I really can't find anything we don't like. The support and setup has been over the top and they even added a site we needed the same day.

Reasons for choosing Proofratings

We trialed all the others and we found bugs in them, they didn't want to add sites for us unless we paid a crazy amount, and a lot of them when it came to mobile responsiveness just looked horrible. None of the other alternatives had the analytics and insights that Proofratings have. It was a no brainer actually. And when it came to price it was the same price if not cheaper than the others with unlimited everything.
