Reputology is a cloud-based reputation management solution that caters to multi-location businesses across various industry verticals such as health care, food service, automotive, fitness, hospitality and retail. Key features include review monitoring, configurable customer feedback forms, real-time text analytics and more.

Reputology helps users monitor reviews and comments on Google, Facebook, industry-specific review sites and feedback forms from a centralized dashboard. It also features customizable email alerts which enable users to escalate issues to specific agents.

Reputology's built-in analytics helps users to analyze the content in reviews and feedback which allows them to identify recurring and trending topics. Additionally, Reputology features competitive benchmarking and offers users various workflow tools that help them to monitor team performance, measure key performance indicators and set quantifiable goals based on reputation management.

Reputology offers services on an annual subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

    Great system with an easy set up. No problems this far!

    The simplicity! It is SO easy to use and navigate. The analytics are also a great plus with how easy they are to read.

    Cons

    If I use a response regularly, I am unable to save that response which means I have to type it out every time. Also, in order to get analytics for a specific location you have to change the filter every time.

    Cons

    This is a great platform, most or all your needs will be met with the management of reviews. It would be nice to have reviews from Yelp but you can get real time updates from them directly.

    Great Service to Monitor online facility reputation

    It allows us to review many on line comments and shows us where the sites are most visited, we are able to manage our online reputation easier using this product

    Pros

    I really like the product monitors the facility on various sites and generates reports to show me what I need to look at, I do not have to search all of the different sites one by one

    Cons

    I have not had anything I do not like about this service at this time. it is really a great service. The service allows us to look at our reviews all at once and provides great feedback to report back to company executives

    Much more competitive price than other software solutions and saved our team a great deal of time.

    Pros

    Web-based application with well-designed interface, great tool for team collaboration, great features for accountability and reporting, customer service team is friendly and responsive.

    Cons

    They could add some more choices to the email alerts to give users more flexibility with auto-generated emails.

    Being able to use reports on our 13 locations, along with staff mentions. They offer a ton of different features that will help you organize and respond to every online review. I also love the hootsuite integration! GREAT customer service, too!

    This software was easy to deploy and integrate. This is a easy way to keep tabs on online reputation. The daily e-mail alerts recapping new reviews are extremely helpful and have allowed us inform and engage a larger audience as it pertains to areas of opportunity and reputation management.

    Cons

    While everything you need to keep tabs on things is built into the software, there really needs to be a view built in that summarizes ratings across every site on one page. This would be great to have access to both online, via integration and via e-mail digest.

    A mostly positive experience that enabled me to monitor the review of my company's various locations

    The analysis tools were very useful. They provided me with overviews for restaurant reputation performance. They helped me identify specific trends and issues within our various restaurants.

    Cons

    The lack of Yelp data is an obstacle for me. It leaves me with an incomplete picture which results in inaccurate reporting.

    Simplifcation and higher efficiency.

    Pros

    It's a real time saver when it comes to understanding your reputation. I manage over 19 pages and it makes it effortless, we are always on top.

    Cons

    Certain platforms cannot be answered directly inside Reputology, yet. Sometimes Facebook disconnects but I believe it has to do with the API itself.

    Reputology has made review monitoring for my company a very manageable process. The interface is user-friendly, the alerts are timely, and the analytics are actionable and insightful. The robustness and accuracy of the Yelp data is excellent because of their direct partnership. And I really like being able to reply directly to reviews on Google and Facebook from the Reputology interface. The different levels of user permission are very helpful for giving our managers exactly what they need.

    Cons

    It would be nice to see Twitter activity in Reputology, but we can use their Hootsuite app to cover social media listening and review monitoring from one place.

    Detail reports that demonstrate progress, which can be broken down monthly/weekly/daily and location if you have multiple sites that you are tracking. You can request a full report which will be exported to you in an excel format.

    Cons

    You can reply to reviews for only certain sites directly from the software (like google), and for others you can only view the review and then have to log into the site and reply to the review (like Facebook, yelp, etc.).

    It was simple to figure out. I can see all of the reviews and not feel like we are missing something.

    You cannot reply to Yelp reviews within the software. It's a hassle to go outside of the software to reply.

    Great review monitoring, surveys and dashboard

    I love that it pulls all of our reviews into one easy to manage dashboard. I also like that it gives us a solid analytic resource for our gains and setbacks. The BIGGEST win is the surveys that we use when clients check out. We can set a threshold to ask if they would like to share on social channels if their rating was above a rating we determine. And even better, we can select which sites to ask to push to, which has been immensely helpful for us to focus on increasing our ratings one specific sites so we have a better overall rating! I do wish we could actually post responses from Reputology, not just monitor that they need to be addressed. I also wish we could assign a task within Reputology for another team member to handle if it is their area of focus or needs to be escalated.

    Reputology is perfect for multi-location businesses. As a growing restaurant group, we were in search for a review platform that would allow us to create custom segments, emails, groups, and provide the detailed analytics needed to generate reports. This platform has exceeded all of our expectations. It is extremely user-friendly and the custom groups allow our team to respond quickly without having to dig through reviews. The analytics and data provided are very helpful and accurate. In addition to the platform, (our rep) has been a pleasure to work with and is always quick to take action when we have a request.     I highly recommend Reputology to any business that is seriously considering the importance of keeping up with their customer reviews.
