Also love the appointment text reminders, it helps reduce no shows. Cons: Sometimes the appointment text reminders do not go out and that causes some no shows since patients rely on those reminders. Cons: Most of the reviews were internal reviews for review wave which did not mean anything. Once they left an internal review, most people DID NOT want to go leave a Google review. WATCH OUT FOR CANCELLATION CONTRACTS! I changed EHR contracts and had to pay almost $1000 in cancellation fees when I needed to leave. They require 60 day cancellation. They Do Not Care. It is so nice to be able to send out group or individual texts. This software also allows us to communicate more effectively with our patients and they don't always want to take the time to call and can just send a text. We also like that we can use the app on our phones to send and receive messages on the go.
