Pros
- Shopper Approved is very user friendly and their support is top notch. I like being able to reach out to the customer and while I'm waiting on their response, the review is hidden.
- The software and implementation is easy to accomplish and they have excellent technical support if needed.
- Ease of management and communication interface. Love the ability to customize the questions.
Cons
- The Merchant tools interface is moderately confusing. Even after 3 years I still have trouble finding what I'm looking for.
- Also, the user interface for the service is dated and clunky. It's not at all unusable, however, just a little confusing.
- The software does not notify you when a customer upload images and when they do, most images are cut from the software and impossible to use.
Pros
- I like the ease of using the software and I think it is great to have for every online store because of how easy it is to integrate and navigate. It starts running in no time.
- Sitejabber is an exceptional way to leave feedback to others about real life experiences that I have had. I love Sitejabber and feel that it's awesome.
