Great way to get feedback from customers!

We are in month three of our membership. So far, everything has been great. The tech support was great when I needed help. The program is very easy to use, which is always great. Sending out new requests are very quick. I'm impressed.

Pros:

It's very easy to use. I love that I can track every survey that is sent out. You are able to see if the contact opened the email and clicked on the link. I sent out our first text message yesterday. I look forward to seeing how that works for us.

Cons:

My current plan does not include team management. It would be great to get that option without the extra costs. At lease one extra user would be great.

Five Star Maker

My assistant sends review requests after they are seen in my Optometry practice. We get 5 star reviews all the time. My patients then receive a nice thank you...all without further effort on our part.

TrueReview is easy to set up and works great. Ease of use and comfortable pricing make it a real winner. You will like it.

Cons:

The only negative is probably my fault. It seems that about once or twice a month I am required to reconnect to my Google review page.

Cons:

The lack of SMS availability in Australia was a bit disappointing. Hopefully this is something that will be available down the line.

Pros:

As a small business, finding efficient ways to manage our time and grow our online presence is incredibly important. True Review has made the process of obtaining client reviews so much easier by automating what used to be a very manual task for our team through mass text messaging and emails. The automation has been extremely effective and has helped us gather feedback from our clients without adding extra administrative work to our day. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the number of reviews we receive since implementing it. The interface is user-friendly, and everything is organized in a way that makes it simple to set up campaigns, monitor results, and manage reviews.

Cons:

One improvement we would love to see is a different way of organizing requests after they are sent out. While the existing filters are a nice feature, it would be very helpful to organize requests by the date of a specific campaign and then quickly narrow the list down to contacts who did not leave a review. That functionality would make follow-up campaigns much easier to manage.

Regarding your suggestion, you can actually narrow down requests by campaign date using the date picker in the Requests section. When applying the date filter, use the AND condition along with the interaction filters to identify contacts who did not interact with the requests during that specific time period. Worth the money!

Great - worth the money. It was super easy to set up and then fix when the link to zapier stopped. Clients appreciate it too.

Ease of use and ability to get more reviews on a regular basis. We’ve never had this many consistent reviews.

Cons:

Had to use zapier was one of the biggest complaints but I don’t see how else to connect to acuity. Luckily I already pay for it.

Simple and Effective Review Tool

Staff is helpful. We have gotten more reviews than in the past using this. One thing I really like is that you can text it or email and it send automatic reminders for you.

5 Stars, Already Getting Reviews, Very Easy to Use

TrueReview has been very easy to use, and I am Very impressed. Even when I couldn't figure something out, their customer service was so timely and helped me through it right away! We signed up for the trial, and after the trial was done we no doubt wanted to continue with the service. We have already got more reviews in a couple weeks than we had in the previous months doing things manually asking for reviews. Highly Recommended!

Cons:

The SMS Feature is nice, but not something we use since we have never had our customers opt into that. I feel like since we don't use that maybe an "e-mail only" price point would be more user friendly for someone not wanting to use the SMS feature
