By asking key questions about each business’s unique needs, I narrow down the list of options from hundreds to just the top three to five tools in one quick conversation.

__Expertise__
Through one-to-one conversations, I focus on assessing the needs of small businesses seeking software in my areas of expertise, which include:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Real Estate and Property Management
Software is a difficult landscape to navigate—I hear it in the voices of the business leaders I talk to every time I get on the phone—and it feels great to provide valuable insight that people genuinely need.

__Education__
With a background in the sales and service industries, I hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, and I am currently pursuing a business degree.
