ACCEO Retail-1 is a retail management suite designed for multi-stores businesses. The solution helps users manage and cover various touch points of a retail chain business, and it provides tools to centralize in-store activities with back-office operations into a single tool. It is suitable for a variety of retail businesses including fashion, footwear, jewelry, home decor and more.

ACCEO Retail-1 enables users to manage workforce planning, staffing, task assignments, reporting and more. ACCEO Retail-1 helps maintain optimum inventory levels for all items and helps store managers control order transfers, shipments, reordering and returns. The POS terminal offers functionality for billing customers, processing both cash and card payments and adding gift cards and credit notes with customer purchases.

The built-in CRM module captures customer details, their buying behavior and recent engagements with the store for the purpose of exploring relevant trends. It also offers mobile apps for store managers to access stock levels and track store operations on their smartphones.

    Easy to use system, but has problems running at times

    Value for Money

    Processing transactions.


    Ease of use. Manual discounts, price adjustments, etc are easily made at retail level. System is user friendly.


    System can become unresponsive while attempting to complete transactions, which is problematic. Also, on occasion, SKUs will not appear in the system.
