Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

Stripe's documentation and API are an example for the whole software industry. Clear, easy, polished, powerful amongst it's qualities.

It is really good and fast, cheap commissions, good integrations. I recommended on most of the cases.

The good documentation and testing environment is a great advantage. Without having to wait for banks to provide you with payment and administration environments that take weeks to give you access.

And has superb documentation. Also has sdk ready and up to date for popular languages, due to its popularity it’s easy to find integration into most popular software.

Yeah ---- NEVER have I experienced this with Stripe. They have a beautiful online system, they have happy employees ---- that can only mean Stripe really knows how to stay in business.

Once I had a problem they is no customer support. They were withholding my payments.

API docs and technical support are outstanding. This is a developer-first system.

The thing that i hate the least about this is that you cannot get a live person on the phone and you have to deal with issues via their portal, cant manage disputes very well.

One quality I particularly appreciate is the ability to accept payments in a variety of international currencies.

It is easy to pull any report (all transactions, summary or detail, numerous reconciliation reports). Their customer service is great too, easy to reach and is very responsive.

Hello there, we are really frustrated and sad about Stripe cancelation fees and Stripe dispute method. We won't be working with them anymore.
