Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and has a lot of great features for our practice.

  • Easy to navigate, great for managing our business, reporting is flexible and robust, customer service is responsive and comprehensive

  • Cons

  • There’s nothing I can honestly say I dislike.

  • Somewhat expensive Client portal not intuitive Sending email blasts are very expensive after exceeding your limit Very hard to integrate online appointments

  • Pros

  • This software is so easy to use. I love that it can store credit cards or I can store them on my own depending on what you want. I love the reports.

  • I have used Authorize.Net for about 2 years now and I have rarely ran into any problems. I love the clean format and it's easy to get the job done. I would recommend this product.

  • Cons

  • Setup and dashboard can be situationally daunting, but once you get up and running it's generally smooth sailing. Tools/reports interface could be cleaner and better organized.

  • As with many large companies, getting actual personal support can be a nightmare. But, the online resources for help are pretty good.
