Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and has a lot of great features for our practice.

  • Easy to navigate, great for managing our business, reporting is flexible and robust, customer service is responsive and comprehensive

  • Cons

  • There’s nothing I can honestly say I dislike.

  • Somewhat expensive Client portal not intuitive Sending email blasts are very expensive after exceeding your limit Very hard to integrate online appointments

  • Pros

  • I have someone I could contact from the beginning of reviewing the product through setting it up.

  • Vendor is very responsive, and their support department is excellent. Software is good for a variety of applications and levels of experience.

  • Cons

  • I honestly have only one complaint about the systems that I purchased. There are so many things the software offers, and i am only touching the surface so far. That is my fault not theirs.

  • That when I call, I have to leave a message and can't reach a live person. They do call back pretty quickly, but I hate not being able to reach a live person when calling in.
