Pros
- The onboarding and implementation process was smooth and efficient, with great support every step of the way. Their team is responsive, service-oriented, and truly invested in our success.
- I like that it integrates with Shopify and Quickbooks, it has options for customization, and there is endless opportunities for growth.
- Overall I love it has helped me grow and scale better I really do like it and like how they constantly adding new things to the software can be better and a little more user friendly.
Cons
- There should be a detail report to print/view before printing the payroll checks. The pay liability section is good and bad, it is bad if it is not used all the time.
- One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory.
- The only slight downside is a large learning curve to get used to its complex system.
Pros
- Your customer care department is always extremely helpful. Not only do they help to resolve our issues they have always taken the time to educate us on different issues.
- Very easy to navigate, useful for all types of businesses. The features and functionality of this software is top quality and great valve for your money.
- This is the easiest and best EDI platform to work with that we have tried. Customer service is fantastic to.
Cons
- When it does not work, it is horrible to figure out why, and how to fix it.
- So many functions should be automatic, the new system Foundry proved to be worse than the last version. So many clicks until you arrive what you actually need.
- It stands alone and does not integrate into our accounting package.
