Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like that it integrates with Shopify and Quickbooks, it has options for customization, and there is endless opportunities for growth.
- Overall I love it has helped me grow and scale better I really do like it and like how they constantly adding new things to the software can be better and a little more user friendly.
- I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.
Cons
- There should be a detail report to print/view before printing the payroll checks. The pay liability section is good and bad, it is bad if it is not used all the time.
- One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory.
- The only slight downside is a large learning curve to get used to its complex system.
Pros
- They provide custom modifications meet the needs of our industry and continue to impress us with what they can help us accomplish and provide more service to our customers.
- The best feature about this platform is the support behind the platform. The support team is by far the best I have had the pleasure to work with.
- From the Software to the People, Versa is a pleasure to work with. They are there to help grow your business and do what they can to ensure you are successful- 5 out of 5 starts from us.
Cons
- It's a major distraction while your trying to manage growth. The sad thing is that I was spending the same amount of cash on multiple QB files and add on AP's that I now spend on Versaccounts.
- Lag and loading time during certain actions, inability to process product returns, slow response time for technical assistance and customer service.
- I can tell you - it's no small task and should not be attempted lightly. The fact that we made it through the migration is a testament to how seriously Versacounts is took our business.
