Pros/Cons
Pros
- They are always ready to help and super friendly. I love that they can remote in and show us what to do.
- I really like how you can easily generate reports, that's important for my business and I believe this software can do the best job of it.
- The software is great and the staff who have all been friendly and willing to help when I called for tech support.
Cons
- I quit using this product with some regrets and went to Lightspeed, which I hate but at least I can get it to work. Using AIMsi was an unpleasant and frustrating experience.
- The fact that I was charged for software and data transfer and received software without data transfer so it is useless. I have been waiting so long it was called AIMsi when I bought it.
- And for example: having to get out of one frame and into another one for the same customer with a different question about their account is sometimes frustrating.
Pros
- I love the wealth of information you can pull from it. It is timely and very valuable information about the health of your business.
- We are excited about the possibility for customization, web-based software, and great customer service. They are always helpful and eager to answer our questions.
- I have use ComCash (previously ComCash Classic) for 16 years and I love the product. The tech staff is top of the line and always there to help you in situations that arise.
Cons
- A little difficult to look at sales or receiving by item without running an actual report, error messages pop up at very end of transaction when you think it has already been complete.
- The back end reporting is ultimately useless because it's never accurate and they will not work with you in figuring out how and why those reports does not aligned.
- There are a few features lagging. And the initial setup can be cumbersome.
